Trikke Tech and Trikke Virginia place high priority on your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return (according to the following return conditions).  Trikke Tech honors all returns through Trikke Virginia exactly as if they had been made directly from Trikke Tech.

Purchases made in person with Trikke Virginia:

All Trikke ride-on products may be returned within 30 days from delivery date, however, all accessories must be unused and in original condition with all tags affixed and in original packaging.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all unused returns and a 30% restocking/refurbishing fee will be applied to all used returns. Any shipping and handling fee is not refundable.

Returns directly to Trikke Virginia after 30 days will be at the discretion of Trikke Virginia. Depending on the condition of the product and changes in the product line and pricing since your purchase, Trikke Virginia may agree to accept your return with a greater discount then the afore mentioned restocking fees.

Purchases made online and shipped directly to you:

If your purchase was made online and shipped directly to you, your return request must be sent by email to returns@trikke.com or made by phone (call us at: 1-877-487-4553) within 21 days from receipt of your product. Alternatively, you may contact Trikke Virginai at Info@TrikkePro.com or by phone at 703-348-7020 and we will contact Trikke Tech on your behalf. If appropriate, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code will be issued and sent to you via e-mail to confirm your request along with instructions on how to return your order. Please note that refurbished items are non returnable to Trikke Tech. You may contact Trikke Virginia directly to discuss return possibilities.

Packages received without an RMA code might be returned to sender, or not credited to the proper person. All returns must be received by Trikke Tech within 30 days from receipt of your order.

All Trikke ride-on products may be returned after use within 30 days from delivery date, however, all accessories must be unused and in original condition with all tags affixed and in original packaging.

If you were offered free shipping on your order, when returning a product, your original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the product cost refund. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees both ways.

If you refuse your Trikke shipment, you will be charged all of the shipping and handling fees associated with your order – including a THIRD shipping and handling fee to ship the refused product from our logistics warehouse to our returns facility. Refused shipments will result in additional delays in refunds, additional shipping, and the increased potential for additional damage to the product while it is in transit. This will cost you more than accepting your order and phoning us or emailing us for an RMA #.

Email confirmation will be sent to you once we have processed your return. Please allow 10 business days for a refund to be reflected on your credit card account.

For your protection, we strongly recommend you ship packages with insurance and obtain a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation from your shipper. We have found UPS and Fedex to be both more reliable and less expensive than USPS. Please include all parts (DVD, owner’s manual, tool kit). Please do not add any styro-foam peanuts. If you’d like to add cardboard or bubble wrap for extra protection, that is fine. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during shipment. After receiving an RMA number, product should be sent to:

If you'd like to exchange your item, please send an email request to returns@trikke.com . Please note that you will be charged the difference in the price (if appropriate) plus all shipping and handling fees and restock fee will be charged based on condition of the product once its returned.
